I'm attempting to be a better lj friend and actually comment on some posts. unfortunately, doing so means cutting a few journals. I mean no ill-will toward anyone that was cut, I just needed to trim in order to keep up with a few instead of practically ignoring the whole kit and caboodle.

Sick today, threw up about four times this afternoon after working this morning. combination locks are not my friends, gave the lock on the vault about seven tries before letting someone else open it for me. also got a lecture about not parking at least four spaces away from the other person working with me today.

Was supposed to have a cookout today with some of the peeps I work with, but then the puking happened. unfortunately my boss still showed up because she didn't get the message that I was sick. She is super sweet though and was okay with it. spent the rest of the day in bed until it was time for Mark to go to work. luckily the pukey feeling has subsided, managed to eat a little and keep it down so I can keep track of the kiddos and make sure they don't break anything.

Have to turn in my car at the end of august, so we bought a cheap old car for mark to drive around and I'll be driving the SUV from now on since I went over my allotted mileage by about 100 miles.

Sarah is dressed up as a dinosaur right now, super cute. she says 'rawr!'

I miss knowing what's going on with people. Are you all alive like me? ;)

pointless post is pointless - I am still alive for anyone who was wondering. ;)

I love how when my extra userpics expired (thank you machka), lj just randomly picks ones for me to keep. stop trying to read my mind lj, it's a little freaky, mkay?

my inlaws are still here. that is all I have to say about that.

I made cake, and it was good. so good apparently, that one of the customers at the bank I work at paid me to make him one. please pause while I daydream about working in a bakery and actually having an awesome job.

my boss wants me to wear red white and blue to work on friday. I think I scared her with the face I made at that suggestion.

remember that time when I used to keep up with my flist and like, contributed to things? yeah, that was fun. I sorta miss y'all.

remember that time when I started slipping y'all into my daily speech? yeah, wtf when did that shit happen? also - why do my co-workers make fun of me for saying 'wicked', as in 'wicked awesome'? that is totally an acceptable adjective adverby type thinger. at least I don't say 'fail-sauce' on a regular basis.

um, I think that's all. for now. *waves*

i fail at being motivated enough to post here. i swear i do not hate you. well maybe the random spam bot that friended me today, but the rest of y'all are chill. eventually i will stop being made of fail and get around to being interesting enough to post again.

i blame my in-laws, moving, working full time, my kids, the economy and canada for my fail. (okay, i'm lying about the canada part.)

i swear to y'all, this is the last time i'm moving. (really, i mean it this time.)
